Our Commitment to Fairness and Respect

At The Camp, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests, regardless of nationality, gender, or background.

We welcome constructive feedback and take all opinions seriously. However, we will not tolerate harassment, discriminatory remarks, insulting language, aggressive behavior toward our staff or other guests, or any unfounded defamation or malicious comments.

In many countries and international settings, such conduct is unacceptable and can result in immediate and serious consequences in public institutions, workplaces, hospitality venues, and other environments. While we are not a law enforcement agency, we reserve the right to take equally firm action in cases we consider comparable in seriousness — including removal from the premises without refund.

Our policies — including booking terms, cancellation rules, and on-site conduct guidelines — are designed to ensure fairness for all parties. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to follow these rules. This agreement protects not only the comfort of all guests but also the integrity of our staff and services.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00

  • Check-out: by 11:00

  • Optional (subject to availability): Early check-in from 08:00 (+400 THB) / Late check-out until 19:00 (+400 THB).
    Please contact us in advance via LINE, WhatsApp, or email. Availability may vary by day.

Training Sessions on Check-in / Check-out Days

  • You can join training on both days.

  • Lite Plan (2 sessions/day): Check-in day 1 / Check-out day 1 / Full days 2 per day.

  • Full Plan (4 sessions/day): Check-in day up to 2 / Check-out day up to 2 / Full days 4 per day.
    No make-up sessions or refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Minimum Stay

  • Minimum stay is 2 nights (no 1-night bookings).

  • During stay: Lite 2/day, Full 4/day.

  • Weekly, monthly, and long-stay discounts available—contact us.

Cancellation Policies

  • Stay & Train / Detox: Free until 14 days before check-in. From 13 days before (incl. same-day): 100% fee.

  • Visitor Training (training-only): Free until 7 days before the session. From 6 days before (incl. same-day): 100% fee.

  • Some exceptions for promotional, long-term, or visa-related plans. Always check the terms shown during booking.

Payment & Fees

When paying by credit card through Stripe during online booking, slight differences may occur between the billed amount and displayed price due to foreign currency fees or exchange-rate adjustments. These fees vary by card company. We do not add any additional charges ourselves.

House Rules

Absolutely no alcohol or drug use on the premises. Quiet hours 22:00.
No outside visitors in dormitories (visitor fee applies for private rooms).
Personal photo/video is OK but respect privacy; ask permission before filming others. Professional or live streaming requires prior consent. Please avoid disrupting training or other guests.

Security & Dormitory

Campus generally accessible 24/7. Dormitory gates are locked at night. Dorm lights are turned off at 22:00. If returning late, notify reception in advance so we can assist your entry.

Visitors & Extra Guests

Outside visitors who are not registered guests are not allowed in rooms.
If a friend/family member wants to stay with you, book the same room for 2 adults (additional fee). No extra beds; use within room capacity.

Couples & Pricing

Room packages are priced for 1 guest with training.
A second adult in the same room pays an additional accommodation fee.
If the second adult joins training, training fees are charged per session.

Early Check-in

If available, early check-in is possible from 08:00 (+400 THB). Please inform us in advance via LINE or email so we can check availability and prepare. Free luggage storage is available before check-in; ask the front desk.

Families & Pets

  • Dormitory: for adult solo travelers only. Families, especially with children, should book private Executive Rooms.

  • Pets: not allowed anywhere on premises (training areas and accommodations) to protect guests with allergies and maintain hygiene/cleanliness.
