Training Types
① Muay Thai Group Classes (1 hr 30 min)
Fundamentals, padwork, bagwork, footwork, defense, and level-based coaching. Western boxing elements are included within the Muay Thai program where appropriate. Suitable for beginners to fighters.
② Kids Muay Thai (6–12 yrs)
Confidence, balance, coordination, discipline.→ Kids Program
③ Private Training (1:1)
Technique correction, advanced detail, fight IQ. Reservation required.

Q: Can complete beginners join group classes?
A: Yes. Coaches adjust drills and pad work based on your level.
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Group classes are drop-in friendly. Private training must be reserved.
Q: Is sparring included?
A: No. Sparring is not part of regular training. If you have sufficient experience, supervised technical sparring may be considered only with head coach approval and strict safety rules.
Q: Are there evening classes?
A: Yes. Evening group classes run daily. Summer: Beginner 15:30–17:00 and Intermediate 17:30–19:00. Winter: Beginner 14:30–16:00 and Intermediate 16:30–18:00. Kids sessions vary by weekday/weekend.
Q: How early should I arrive?
A: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for registration, especially if it is your first visit.
Q: Do you have rental gloves and gear? Can I come without equipment?
A. Yes. You can come without equipment. We have rental gear on site (paid).

• Shin guards rental: THB 200/day
For long stays, we recommend buying your own gear for hygiene and long-term value.
