Q: Can beginners join group classes?
A: Yes. Coaches group by level and adjust pad work and drills accordingly.
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Group classes are drop-in friendly; privates must be reserved.
Q: What should I wear/bring?
A: Sportswear, hand wraps, water, towel. Rental gloves available. Shirtless is not allowed.
Q: Are there evening classes?
A: Yes, 17:30–19:00 in summer (16:30-18:00 in winter) daily for Muay Thai / Boxing; Kids sessions vary by weekday / weekend.
Q: What is the maximum number of people allowed per class?
A: Group classes are limited to about 25 participants. We ensure no trainer works with more than 2–3 people at once.
Q: How early should I arrive before a class starts?
A: First-time visitors: 15–20 minutes early for registration and changing. Returning guests: arrive early to start smoothly.
Q: Can I train only in Western boxing?
A: Yes. We offer Western boxing with specialist trainers. You can focus on punching techniques in group or private sessions.
Q: Can professional-level training be provided?
A: Yes. We can tailor advanced programs for fighters, arrange sparring, and prepare for local stadium bouts on request.
