Q. What exactly is included in the Detox Program?

A. The standard Detox format is 7 nights / 8 days in a private Executive Room. Typical inclusions are accommodation, daily detox juices during the fasting phase, up to 2 light Muay Thai sessions per day adjusted to your condition, and recovery meals during the refeed phase. The program is designed around a structured 1-week Detox cycle.

Q. How long is the Detox Program and can I extend it?

A. The standard Detox cycle is 7 nights / 8 days. Detox can also be booked from a minimum of 3 nights / 4 days. For longer stays, the 1-week Detox cycle can be repeated across multiple weeks. Accommodation is in a private Executive Room only.

Q. What does the Detox Program involve and what benefits can I expect?

A. The standard Detox cycle is structured as Days 1–5: Juice Detox, followed by Days 6–7: Recovery Meals with gradual food reintroduction. Reported benefits may include 3–6 kg weight loss, improved digestion, better sleep, reduced inflammation, and improved mental clarity. Results vary by person.

Q. What kind of training will I do during the detox?

A. Training is kept light—stretching, shadowboxing, and low-intensity drills. The first two days can feel challenging, but most guests report higher energy and focus from Day 3 onward.

Q. Who is this program NOT suitable for?

A. Our Detox program is intended for generally healthy adults and is not suitable for people with diabetes or low blood pressure, people who require medication that must be taken with regular meals, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with a history of eating disorders. Please consult your doctor before joining. Medical clearance and fitness to participate are the guest’s responsibility.
