This is a group class for Muay Thai, accommodating everyone from absolute beginners to professional fighters. Participants are meticulously categorized according to their skill levels, after which a tailored program is designed to correspond with their respective levels for each session. The main focus of these classes is to solidify the mastery of fundamental techniques through extensive drilling. For those at the advanced or fighter levels, we compile a training menu tailored specifically to meet their individual objectives.
